P3 People Management P3 People Management provides an outsourced people management
service and provides a dedicated service dealing with staff and human
resource issues, including developing policies and procedures, formulation
of contracts, management training, general employment legislation, effective
appraisal systems and many other outsourced HR services.
The Managing Director Charlotte Gallagher is also a licensed practitioner
for the Discovery personal effectiveness programme, which focuses on personal
growth and development, including team building.
Charlotte approached Business Marketing to develop and implement a
sales and marketing strategy to help her successfully meet the business
objectives. The first task was to contact all P3 customers through a telephone
questionnaire. The general response to P3’s service was one of professionalism
and providing an exceptional service.
As part of the project Business Marketing created a new website for
P3 including design rewriting the content and search engine optimisation.
We also developed the brand and the new strap line which is now used on
all P3’s marketing material.
Business Marketing’s Ray Leary now provides marketing coaching to
senior management of P3, helping them develop successful marketing communications,
newsletters and coaching on the implementation of the marketing strategy.
The marketing project has attracted a number of new clients to P3, as
well as raising awareness and repositioning the brand.
