South Liverpool Recruitment is a social enterprise (not for profit) Recruitment agency, who offer a comprehensive range of recruitment solutions to employers throughout Merseyside.

SLR approached Business Marketing with two immediate marketing requirements, the first to develop the services of the company and raise awareness of the business, by targeting new clients across Merseyside and the second to launch its new venture called Slivers of Time, a unique working solution for anyone with spare hours to sell to local employers. Business Marketing carried out an extensive marketing strategy for SLR, identifying areas of the business that needed to be developed to ensure the business reached its objectives over the next three years. This included developing the brand, identifying and targeting new clients in their existing operating area, raising awareness of its unique service and developing new promotional tools.

This was followed up with SLR purchasing a number of consultancy days using our “Your Marketing Service” to implement the recommendations of the marketing strategy.

To date the company is on target to achieve its objectives and has undertaken the re-branding exercise to support its positioning strategy in its new markets.
